。这颗芯片的型号为SM8975，采用全新的2+3+3 Oryon CPU架构，与上代2+6设计有所不同。     其CPU由2颗5.01GHz超大核、3颗4.03GHz大核和3颗3.74GHz中核组成，并集成Adreno 850 GPU。对比上代第五代骁龙8至尊版4.6GHz的超大核主频，第六代骁龙8超级至尊版的主频进一步跃升，且已突破5GHz大关，成为目前行业内频率最高的手机芯片。    此外，该芯片基于台积电最先进的2nm N2P工艺制造，比苹果A20 Pro采用的N2工艺更为先进，是高通旗下首款2nm手机芯片。

三 | 据供应链消息，台积电N2P 2nm工艺单片晶圆报价已突破3万美元，较3nm制程上涨约50%，高昂的代工成本直接推高了芯片售价。 此前，高通已向客户发送通知函，宣布对芯片产品实施两位数百分比的价格上调，新价格于9月1日起生效。业界预计，第六代骁龙8超级至尊版单颗采购成本已突破300美元，成为安卓阵营有史以来成本最高的手机SoC之一。如果再搭配最新的16GB LPDDR6内存和UFS 5.0存储，旗舰机型的BOM成本将突破600美元。
